You can always search manually inside the app.

If in doubt, report it — COCO will review it.

No — COCO does not provide legal or professional confirmation. We provide user-submitted reports, safety tips, links to official verification resources, and publicly available information. You still must verify through government recall agencies, manufacturer websites, and official customer support channels.

Inside the app: Tap 'Report a Scam', Choose the scam type (email, call, website, text, etc.), Upload screenshots or details, and Submit the report. COCO's team will review it before it becomes visible to others.

No. Reports are shown without your personal information. COCO may store your submission internally for moderation, safety auditing, and law enforcement compliance (if required), but your identity is never shown publicly.
